肿瘤分子诊断实践教学模式的探讨

摘要 分子诊断是检验医学的亚学科,随着各项检测技术的迅猛发展,多种分子检测技术已经被逐步应用于临床肿瘤的精准诊疗,这就要求检验人员必须快速准确地为临床提供检测结果及高质量临床服务。但这部分内容对于检验科实习学生而言,不仅内容多,难度大,时间还有限,同时学生和带教老师反映存在理论知识脱节、操作能力差、缺乏科学的带教方法等问题。文章先对肿瘤分子诊断背景进行简单介绍,然后根据笔者在本科室从事十多年临床肿瘤分子诊断的经验以及带教体会,针对目前肿瘤分子诊断带教过程中存在的问题,设计了涵盖理论学习、实验技能操作、结果判读等6个方面的带教模式,去解决上述问题,为提高临床肿瘤分子诊断的教学质量提供建议及参考。 As a subdiscipline of laboratory medicine,with the rapid development of various detection technologies,a variety of molecular detection technologies have been gradually applied to the precision diagnosis and treatment of clinical tumors,which requires inspectors to quickly and accurately provide clinical test results and high-quality clinical services.This part of the content for the clinical laboratory internship students,not only the content is too much,difficult,time is limited,at the same time,students and teachers have reported problems such as theoretical knowledge disconnection, poor operational ability, and lack of scientific teaching methods and other problems. This paper first briefly introduces the background of tumor molecular diagnosis, and then according to the experience and teaching experience of the department engaged in clinical tumor molecular diagnosis for more than 10 years of the author, aiming at the problems existing in the process of tumor molecular diagnosis teaching, it designs six teaching modes covering theoretical learning, experimental skill operation, and result interpretation to solve the above problems,which provides suggestions and references for improving the teaching quality of clinical tumor molecular diagnosis.
