神经导航辅助内镜手术治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效分析

Clinical effect of neuronavigation assisted endoscopic surgery in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage

目的探讨神经导航辅助内镜手术治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效。方法选取2021年1—10月武汉市新洲区人民医院收治的40例高血压脑出血患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为实验组与对照组,各20例。对照组采用开颅显微镜下血肿清除术,实验组采用神经导航辅助内镜手术。比较两组临床疗效、手术指标及日常生活能力。结果实验组治疗总有效率为85.00%,高于对照组的55.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间、切口长度均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组日常生活活动能力评定量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用神经导航辅助内镜手术治疗高血压脑出血患者治疗效果更好,临床症状得到了较好的缓解,且进一步减少了手术带来的创伤,预后效果相对更好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To select clinical effect of neuronavigation assisted endoscopic surgery in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods 40 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitted to Xinzhou District People's Hospital of Wuhan from January to October 2021 were selected as the study subjects,they were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method.The control group was treated with hematoma removal under craniotomy microscope,the experimental group was treated with neuronavigation assisted endoscopic surgery.The clinical efficacy,surgical indicators,and daily living ability were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was 85.00%,which was lower than 55.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the intraoperative blood loss in the experimental group was less than that in the control group,surgical time and incision length were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the ADL score in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of neuronavigation assisted endoscopic surgery for the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage has a better therapeutic effect,the clinical symptoms have been well relieved,and the trauma caused by surgery has been further reduced,the prognosis is relatively better,and it is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
