摘要
对于高校在学生投诉和意见反馈管理上存在的信息不畅通、流程不规范、反馈意见处理困难等问题,文章设计了一种高校学生投诉和意见反馈平台。该平台通过需求分析、系统设计、E-R模型设计和系统主要模块的实现,完成了管理平台的开发。该平台的开发和使用能够让高校学生投诉与意见反馈管理更为规范,及时有效地解决学生的诉求,进一步完善了学生服务的管理机制。
For the problems existing in the management of student complaints and feedback in colleges and universities:information is not smooth,the process is not standardized,feedback is difficult to handle,etc.,this paper proposes a complaints and feedback platform for university students.Through demand analysis,system design,E-R model design and the realization of the main modules of the system,the development of the management platform are completed.Through the development and use of the proposed platform,it can make the management of complaints and feedback for university students more standardized,solve students’demands in a timely and effectively.Furthermore,it can improve the management mechanism for students’service.
