封头割边成形精度超差原因分析及工艺改进

摘要 某公司为了提高材料利用率,避免原材料浪费,取消封头成形过程中留有的帽沿翻边。但取消翻边会造成封头端面水平度、精度超差等问题。针对无翻边封头割边成形后出现的一系列问题进行了原因分析,并通过改进模具结构、设计专用割边划线工具、改进割边胎以及设计专用检测样板等4个方面来切实提高封头割边的质量精度,使得封头的合格率达到98%以上,节约材料10%。同时,在整个封头割边过程中工作效率提升50%,操作人员的工作强度也大幅降低。 In order to improve material utilization and avoid the waste of raw materials,a certain company cancelled the flanging of the brim left during the head forming process.However,there were some problems such as the height difference between the two sides and the precision error after the flanging was canceled.Analyzed the reasons for a series of problems occurring after the edge-cutting forming of the flangeless head,the quality and precision of the cutting edge of the head were improved by improving the die structure,designing the special cutting edges marking tool,reforming the existing cutting edge tire position and designing the special testing sample of the head,so that the head of the qualified rate was more than 98%and material savings reached 10%.At the same time,in the whole head cutting edge of the process of work efficiency increased by 50%,and the operator’s work intensity was greatly reduced.
