摘要
针对复杂装备研发过程中跨学科交叉情况复杂、装备模型多样、数据难以集成等问题,提出一种基于模型的复杂装备数字孪生体建模方法。首先,在对装备数字孪生分析的基础上,结合系统工程的思维提出基于模型的复杂装备数字孪生体建模框架;其次,按照“设计-实现-验证”的数字孪生体正向设计V模型,围绕需求、功能、逻辑、物理架构等维度对数字孪生体进行建模分析,得到经前期验证的数字孪生体设计方案,在设计方案中提取异构模型所需的设计数据,在专业建模工具中进行数字孪生的建模设计;最后,以火炮研发为例验证本方案的可行性。
It was proposed that a model-based digital twin modeling method for complex equipment to address the problems of complex interdisciplinary situations,diverse equipment models,difficulty in data integration and so on during the development of complex equipment.First,based on the analysis of equipment digital twins,and combined with the thinking of system engineering,a model-based complex equipment digital twin modeling framework was proposed.Secondly,according to the digital twin forward design V model of"design-implementation-verification",conduct modeling and analysis of the digital twin around the dimensions of requirements,functions,logic,physical architecture,etc.,we obtained a digital twin design plan that has been verified in advance.We extracted the design data required for heterogeneous models in the design plan,and used professional modeling tools to carry out digital twin modeling and design.Finally,we took artillery research and development as an example to verify the feasibility of this solution.
