摘要
钢板材焊接变形控制是一个重要的研究领域,因为焊接过程中会产生热量,导致钢板发生变形,影响焊接质量和结构的稳定性。研究如何有效地控制焊接变形,提高焊接质量和结构的可靠性具有重要意义。针对低碳钢板材焊接变形问题进行研究,分析了热影响、材料性质差异和外力作用等原因对焊接变形的影响,提出了一系列控制方法,包括预热和控温、焊接参数调整、夹具和支撑、松散约束以及后加工处理等。通过采取这些措施,可以有效地控制焊接变形,提高焊接质量和工件的使用性能,对低碳钢板材焊接工艺的优化和应用具有一定的参考价值。
Deformation control during steel plate welding is an important research field,as heat is generated during the welding process,which leads to deformation of the steel plate and affects welding quality and structural stability.Therefore,studying how to effectively control welding deformation and improve welding quality and structural reliability is of great significance.This paper focuses on the welding deformation problem of low-carbon steel plates and analyzes the effects of factors such as thermal effects,differences in material properties,and external forces on welding deformation.A series of control methods have been proposed to address these issues,including preheating and temperature control,welding parameter adjustment,fixtures and supports,loose constraints,and post-processing.By taking these measures,welding deformation can be effectively controlled,welding quality and workpiece performance can be improved.This study has certain reference value for the optimization and application of welding processes for low-carbon steel plates.
