Through the overall consideration of ecology,management,psychology and other aspects,it is pointed out that the education and training ecology of the new generation of migrant workers is a system formed by the interaction of various elements under the complex relationship chain of producers and consumers(ecological dimension),with the interaction of education and training resources as the core(management dimension),and micro,medium and macro environments as the support(psychological dimension).The behavior subject includes producer,consumer,regulator and participant.The interaction of various resources is an important mechanism to maintain the normal operation of the system.The environmental impact includes micro,medium and macro levels.Through the coordination of various elements,the value of different participants can be demonstrated,the needs can be met,and the stable operation of the entire ecosystem can be promoted.In the education and training ecology of the new generation of migrant workers,vocational colleges play a pivotal function.Through in-depth cooperation with government departments,social organizations,employers and sister colleges,vocational colleges can coordinate various subjects,promote resource interaction,optimize the environment and ecology,and thus improve the quality of education and training.
