This validation experiment established a method for residual analysis of soil ether fungicides.The soil samples were extracted with acetonitrile,purif ied with C18 adsorbent,and determined using Agilent 1290 Ultivo ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.The retention time(3.250 min)and qualitative ion pairs(314.1/115.7)were used for characterization,and the standard curve external standard method was used for quantif ication(quantitative ion pairs 314.1/221.5).The experimental results indicated that the analysis method was suitable for the detection of ether fungicide residues in soil.
