海管在线除垢新技术在海上平台的应用

摘要 某海上采油平台采出伴生气中CO_(2)含量较高,部分油井出砂严重,综合含水率逐年升高,导致该平台外输海管出现了严重的结垢问题,海管运行压力不断升高,输送能力逐渐降低,给油田安全生产带来了严重影响。文章从海管结垢机理和结垢影响因素分析,结合海管通球数据,确定出海管结垢严重程度和分布状态。创新提出海管在线除垢新技术,解决了海管在线清垢期间,清垢剂体系在推动过程中不断被稀释,影响海管在线清垢效果的难题。 The associated gas produced by an offshore oil platform has a high content of CO_(2),some wells have serious sand production,and the comprehensive moisture content increases year by year,resulting in serious scaling problems in the submarine pipelines.The operation pressure of the submarine pipeline is increasing,and the transmission capacity is gradually decreasing,which has a serious impact on the production safety of the oilf ield.In this paper,the submarine pipelines scaling mechanism and influencing factors are analyzed,and the severity and distribution of submarine pipelines scaling are determined based on the submarine pipelines PIG data.A new online submarine pipelines descaling technology is put forward,which solves the problem that the descale removal agent system is diluted continuously during the process of submarine pipelines descaling,which affects the online submarine pipelines descaling effect.
