基于Creo-Workbench平台的重载桁架机器人结构设计及应用

摘要 针对光伏行业中硅棒搬运及转运工况,基于Creo-Workbench设计平台,设计一款重载桁架机器人。通过设计计算及选型,在Cero软件中建立桁架机器人三维模型,并利用Workbench仿真软件,对桁架机器人进行典型工况下的静载及动载荷有限元分析,校验桁架结构强度及刚度。仿真结果表明:在3种典型工况下,桁架的最大相对变形量为2.11mm,最大应变109.8MPa,满足最大相对变形量5mm及许用应力345MPa的设计要求。 Aimed at the conditions of silicon rod handling and transfer in the photovoltaic industry,A heavy-duty truss robot was designed based on the Creo-Workbench design platform,aiming at the working conditions of automatic turnover and handling of workpieces in the automatic welding line of excavator frame.Through design calculation and selection,the three-dimensional model of the truss robot was established in Cero software.The finite element analysis of static and dynamic loads under typical working conditions was carried out by Workbench simulation software to verify the strength and stiffness of the truss structure.The simulation results show that under three typical working conditions,the maximum relative deformation of the truss is 2.11mm and the maximum strain is 109.8MPa,which meets the design requirements of the maximum relative deformation of 5mm and the allowable stress of 345MPa.
