高功率发动机在大型液压挖掘机上的应用研究

摘要 本文介绍了大型液压挖掘机匹配560kW以上高功率发动机时的调试匹配思路和方法;在常规功率发动机与液压系统匹配的基础上,阐述了常规功率发动机与高功率发动机的差异,从整机操作性、工作效率,油耗等方面介绍如何开展此类产品的调试和注意事项;使高功率发动机和整机液压系统实现良好匹配。从而提升大型挖掘机的工作效率,降低能耗。 This article introduces the debugging and matching ideas and methods for matching high-power engines above 560kW with large hydraulic excavators.Based on the matching between conventional power engines and hydraulic systems,the differences between conventional power engines and high-power engines are explained.From the aspects of overall operability,work efficiency,fuel consumption,etc.,how to carry out debugging and precautions for such products is introduced,Ensure a good match between the high-power engine and the entire hydraulic system.Thus improving the work efficiency of large excavators and reducing energy consumption.
