基于2018—2022年WOS数据库文献的公共卫生、环境和职业卫生领域热点分析

摘要 目的对公共卫生、环境和职业卫生领域的相关文献进行文本挖掘和数据分析,寻找学科研究热点以及相关热点的发展趋势,掌握学科信息和发展现状。方法通过Web of Science核心合集数据库,在JCR学科分类为公共卫生、环境和职业卫生且影响因子排名前20的期刊中各选取2018—2022年被引频次最高的文献50篇左右,运用Web of Science自带分析功能和Excel 2003对关键词进行分析处理。结果共计有973篇符合标准的文献纳入分析;其中新冠肺炎相关的关键词词频及相关文献数量最高(词频240,占比14.55%;文献数383,占比39.36%);描述暴露因素与疾病相关性的关键词组的作者数和相关期刊数最高(作者数3385;期刊数20,占比100%);新冠肺炎相关的关键词总被引频次最高,为60665,其次是描述暴露因素与疾病相关性的关键词组,为29683。结论受到新冠肺炎疫情的影响,当前国际上公共卫生、环境和职业卫生领域的研究热点集中在新冠肺炎相关领域,而暴露因素与疾病的相关性研究也是当前国际研究的热点。 Objective To conduct text mining and data analysis on relevant literature in the field of public,environmental and occupational health,to identify research hotspots and development trends in the discipline,and to grasp disciplinary information and development status.Methods Through the Web of Science(WOS)core collection database,approximately 50 papers with the highest citation frequency were selected from the top 20 journals classified as public from 2018 to 2022,environmental and occupational health by the Journal Citation Report(JCR),with the highest impact factor ranking.The keywords were analyzed and processed by the analysis capabilities of Web of Science and Excel 2003.Results A total of 973 articles that met the standards were included in the analysis.Among them,the word frequency of keywords related to COVID-19 and the number of related articles were the highest(word frequency 240,accounting for 14.55%;number of articles 383,accounting for 39.36%).The keyword group that described the correlation between exposure factors and diseases had the highest number of authors and related journals(3385authors;20 journals,accounting for 100%).The keywords related to COVID-19 were cited most frequently(60665),followed by the key phrases describing the relationship between exposure factors and diseases(29683).Conclusions Influenced by the COVID-19,the current international research hotspots in the field of public,environmental and occupational health focused on the related fields of COVID-19,and the research on the correlation between exposure factors and diseases was also the current international hotspot.
