In the 40 years of development,the discipline of ideological and political education has always adhered to the great cause of the Party's leadership and education,rooted in both the local and global vision,and matched the social development process and individual development needs.Especially since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,the development of ideological and political education discipline and the theoretical innovation of the Party have progressed at the same frequency,showing the characteristics such as more threedimensional policy support,more abundant internal power and more prominent innovation orientation.It is imperative to promote the innovative development of ideological and political education discipline in the new era with the focus on clarifying the basic orientation of discipline development,constructing the scientific image of discipline,promoting the interdisciplinary development of discipline and enhancing the cultural power of disciplinedevelopment.
