摘要
现代产业学院是解决工程科技人才培养和产业发展需求对接不紧密问题的组织创新和机制创新。东莞理工学院现代产业学院2.0在1.0“三五四三”协同育人模式基础上迭代创新,通过“三聚焦”和“六强化”持续完善共建共管治理结构,强化协同育人成果共享机制,构建“产业-专业-课程”集群敏捷对接体系,深化基于能力增值的学习管理与评价机制改革,着力培养服务支撑区域新型工业化建设、新质生产力发展的新工科人才。
The modern industrial college is an organizational and institutional innovation aimed at solving the problem of inadequate integration between technological talent cultivation and industrial development needs.The 2.o Version of the modern industry college of Dongguan University of Technology is an iterative innovation of the 1.o Version“3-5-4-3”collaborative education model.Through the“three focuses”and“six strengthening”,it continues to improve the joint construction and management governance structure,the collaborative education achievement sharing mechanism model of industry and education,the"industry-major-course"cluster agile docking system,and deepens the reform of learning management and evaluation mechanism based on ability value-added,focusing on cultivating new engineering talents can serve and support the new industrialization construction and the new quality productivity development.
