养老建筑生活照料单元空间设计分析

Analysis of Space Design for Life Care Units in Elderly Care Buildings

21世纪以来,我国社会老龄化问题日趋严峻,对养老建筑的需求愈发强烈,设计合理、空间适宜的养老设施能够有效缓解社会的养老压力。本文通过对养老建筑设计发展现状进行总结,结合老年人生理心理的特征分析,提炼出养老建筑空间设计的构成特点,为养老建筑中最为重要的生活照料单元设计提供设计参考。

Since the 21st century,the problem of aging in China’s society has become increasingly severe,and the demand for elderly care buildings has become stronger.Reasonably designed and spatially appropriate elderly care facilities can effectively alleviate the pressure of elderly care in society.This article summarizes the current development status of elderly care building design,analyzes the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly,and extracts the composition characteristics of elderly care building space design,providing design reference for the most important life care unit design in elderly care buildings.
