无卤氮磷系阻燃TPS的试验研究

摘要 采用氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)/白油/乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)/聚丙烯(PP)为基材,添加ADP/MCA无卤阻燃剂,通过阻燃剂配比的调整制备了无卤阻燃SEBS复合材料,并对TPS的阻燃性和力学性能进行研究。结果表明,随着阻燃剂含量的增加,无论阻燃剂的配比如何变化,材料的力学性能呈现下降趋势,材料力学性能的下降幅度与阻燃剂含量的增加之间呈现出线性关系;当ADP/MCA的比例为1.5∶1,阻燃剂的含量达到40%时,复合阻燃剂达到了最佳的阻燃效果。 Using hydrogenated styrene-butadiene block copolymer(SEBS)/white oil/ethylene-octene copolymer(POE)/polypropylene(PP)as the base material,and ADP/MCA halogen-free flame retardant was added.The halogen-free flame retardant SEBS composite was prepared by adjusting the flame terardant ratio,and the flame retardancy and mechanical properties of TPS composite were studied.The results showed that with the increase of flame retardant content,regardless of the change in flame retardant ratio,the mechanical properties of the material showed a downward trend,and there was a linear relationship between the decrease in mechanical properties of the compound and the increase in flame retardant content.When the ratio of ADP/MCA was 1.5:1,and the content of flame retardants reached 40%,the composite flame retardants achieved the best flame retardant effect.
