某型飞机燃油泵密封件成型工艺研究

Development of Forming Process of Aircraft Fuel Pump Seal

通过对燃油泵结构及密封形式进行研究分析,选用了低压缩永久变形和耐磨性能优异的氟橡胶作为燃油泵的密封材料。采用单腔模和一次硫化成型工艺方案,试制了一批密封件。经装机验证,密封件能满足该机型燃油泵的使用要求。

The structure and sealing form of the fuel pump were studied and analyzed,and fluorine rubber with low compression set and excellent wear resistance was selected as the sealing material of the fuel pump.A single cavity mold and a single vulcanization forming process were adopted,and a batch of seals were trial-produced.Through the installation verfication,the seal could meet the service requirements of the fuel pump of this model.
