数字化赋能勘察设计企业转型升级

摘要 在中国大力发展新质生产力政策的引领下,深入探讨了勘察设计业正在经历的产业转型与升级,特别关注了勘察设计企业在数字化转型过程中所面临的现状、挑战及应对策略。勘察设计企业面对技术创新能力不足、管理模式滞后和市场竞争加剧等多重挑战,亟须通过技术创新和管理创新来提升其核心竞争力。论文提出了勘察设计企业数字化转型的理念,强调了人员、数据和流程深度融合的必要性,并从业务价值提升、业务范围延展和商业模式升级3个层面探讨了数字化的价值创造。最后,论文为设计企业的数字化转型提出了实施路径,包括避免常见的数字化转型误区、采取从核心业务出发的逐步推进策略,强调了组织、流程、文化和人才培养的关键作用。 This paper,under the guidance of China's vigorous development of new quality productive forces,provides an in-depth exploration of the industrial transformation and upgrading currently being experienced by the survey and design industry.It places particular emphasis on the current status,challenges,and strategies faced by survey and design enterprises during their digital transformation process.Confronted with multiple challenges such as insufficient technological innovation capabilities,outdated management models,and intensifying market competition,survey and design enterprises are in urgent need of enhancing their core competitiveness through technological and managerial innovations.The article proposes the concept of digital transformation for survey and design enterprises,highlighting the necessity for the deep integration of personnel,data,and processes.It discusses the value creation of digitalization from three aspects:business value enhancement,business scope expansion,and business model upgrading.Finally,the paper presents an implementation path for the digital transformation of design enterprises.This includes avoiding common digital transformation pitfalls,adopting a step-by-step promotion strategy that starts with core business operations,and emphasizing the crucial role of organization,process,culture,and talent cultivation.
