生物质电厂高温输灰方案比较

摘要 概述气力输灰设备以及生物质电厂灰的特点,结合实际工程案例对仓泵直接气力输送和先用水冷刮板冷却再通过罗茨风机气力输送的两种输灰方案进行了对比。综合两种方案,建议以后新建项目采用稀相气力输送直接输送高温灰。 This paper summarizes the characteristics of pneumatic ash transport equipment and ash of biomass power plant,combined with practical engineering cases,paper compares two ash conveying schemes,namely direct pneumatic conveying by the silo pump and pneumatic conveying by the Roots blower after being cooled by a water-cooled scraper.Based on the two options,it is recommended that new projects in the future use dilute phase pneumatic conveying to directly transport high-temperature ash.
