Research on Engineering Construction Management Issues and Countermeasures for Agricultural Water Conservancy Projects

针对农田类水利工程的工程建设管理中存在的资金投入不足、组织管理不当等问题,提出了建设与管理并重的理念,完善健全农田水利工程建设管理体系和创新农田水利工程建设管理模式的对策,为农田水利工程的健康发展提供了路径,为农田水利工程的长久运行提供强有力支撑。

In response to the problems of insufficient capital investment and improper organizational management in the construction and management of agricultural water conservancy projects,this paper proposes strategies to establish the concept of balancing construction and management,improve the management system of agricultural water conservancy projects,and innovate the management mode of agricultural water conservancy projects.These strategies provide strong support for the healthy development of agricultural water conservancy projects and the long-term operation of agricultural water conservancy projects.
