摘要
以山西市场项目实践分析为例,分析研究了EPC模式的园林建设项目中的设计、成本以及质量管理等现状,挖掘了EPC项目总承包模式的优势,探讨了设计、采购、施工一体化的深层次联系。通过分析研究得出结论:采用EPC模式,通过融合人才队伍、坚持实战经营、改善设计管理、强化沟通协调、重塑商务管控等多种方法,可以有效降低园林工程的综合成本和建设周期、提高设计质量、增强企业对外埠市场的适应能力,为开拓全国化市场提供有力支持。
Taking Shanxi market project practice analysis as an example,this paper analyzed and studied the design,cost and quality management status of EPC mode in landscape construction projects,explored the advantages of EPC project general contracting mode,and discussed the deep connection of design,procurement and construction integration.Through the analysis and research,it is concluded that the adoption of EPC mode can effectively reduce the comprehensive cost and construction cycle of landscape engineering,improve the design quality,enhance the adaptability of enterprises to the outport market,and provide strong support for the development of the national market by integrating the talent team,insisting on actual combat operation,improving design management,strengthening communication and coordination,reshaping business control and other methods.
