摘要
对工程项目要素集成管理理论进行概述,介绍了地铁车辆段MEP系统的组成,分析了车辆段MEP施工采取项目集成管理的必要性,对进度、质量、成本等要素进行分析和风险因素识别,制定相应对策,并在施工过程中严格管理,在压缩工期的条件下针对施工质量下滑、成本上涨等风险因素控制取得了较好的效果。
This paper summarizes the theory of integrated management of project elements,introduces the composition of MEP system of metro depot,analyzes the necessity of project integrated management in MEP construction of depot,analyzes factors such as schedule,quality and cost,identifies risk factors,develops corresponding countermeasures,and strictly manages the construction process.Under the condition of compressed construction period,the control of construction quality decline,cost rise and other risk factors has achieved good results.
