Exploration of Chinese Ancient Construction Engineering Management

介绍了我国各个朝代工程管理机构的设置,分析了工程管理的方法,通过设置专业机构,颁布标准图集,做到“工官不估料,原估官不承修”。通过匠户以及专业的私营木加工厂,解决了生产工人专业化的问题。在工程实施过程中,通过在人员管理、材料控制、设计施工方法管理,注重施工过程中质量检查验收和建成后的维修与保养。

This paper introduces the setting of engineering management institutions in each dynasty of our country,analyzes the methods of engineering management,and through setting up professional institutions,issuing standard atlas,it is achieved that“workers and officials do not estimate materials,and the original appraisers do not undertake repairs”.Through craftsmen and professional private wood processing plants,the problem of specialization of production workers has been solved.In the process of project implementation,through personnel management,material control,design and construction method management,paying attention to quality inspection and acceptance during construction and repair and maintenance after completion.
