摘要
以简易方法制备的单宁酸-铁复合物(TA-Fe^(3+))与海藻酸钠(SA)共混,通过湿法纺丝制备了具有近红外光热响应性的SA/TA-Fe^(3+)复合纤维。研究了TA-Fe^(3+)复合物含量对SA/TA-Fe^(3+)纺丝液流变性能和SA/TA-Fe^(3+)复合纤维力学及光热性能的影响,借助单纤维强力机、红外光谱仪、扫描电镜、红外热成像仪对SA/TA-Fe^(3+)复合纤维的性能进行了表征。研究表明,TA-Fe^(3+)复合物含量对纺丝液黏度几乎没有影响,复合纤维断裂强度都大于2.1 cN/dtex;随着TA-Fe^(3+)复合物含量的增加,复合纤维的近红外光热响应更加敏感。通过调节TA-Fe^(3+)复合物添加量可以满足近红外光热响应复合纤维不同升温要求应用的需求。
The SA/TA-Fe^(3+)fiber with near-infrared photo-thermal responsive behavior was prepared by wet spinning of the blending solutions of tannic acid-iron composites and sodium alginate(SA).The effects of molar ratios of FeCl 3 to TA on the rheological properties of SA/TA-Fe^(3+)spinning solution and the mechanical and photo-thermal responsive behaviors of SA/TA-Fe^(3+)fiber were studied.The properties of SA/TA-Fe^(3+)fibers were characterized by single fiber strength machine,FT-IR,scanning electron microscopy and infrared thermal imaging analysis.The results showed that the content of TA-Fe^(3+)composites scarcely changed the viscosity of the spinning solution.The breaking strength of SA/TA-Fe^(3+)fibers was above 2.1 cN/dtex.With the increase of TA-Fe^(3+)content,the near-infrared photo-thermal responsive behavior of the composite fiber was more sensitive.The requirements of elevating the temperature of SA/TA-Fe^(3+)fiber for different applications could be satisfied by adjusting the addition of TA-Fe^(3+)composites.
