摘要
目的探讨新型经鼻高流量氧疗在急性呼吸衰竭患者治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至2023年12月扬州市江都人民医院收治的108例急性呼吸衰竭患者,根据治疗方式的不同分为两组,对照组(n=54)采用无创正压通气治疗,研究组(n=54)采用新型经鼻高流量氧疗治疗。对比两组临床指标、治疗安全性及治疗期间生命体征。结果研究组通气时间短于对照组,气管切开或插管率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组心率、呼吸频率、氧分压及血氧饱和度对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组心率、呼吸频率均低于对照组,氧分压及血氧饱和度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新型经鼻高流量氧疗在急性呼吸衰竭患者治疗中的应用效果良好,可有效改善患者住院期间临床指标,减少相关并发症,促进患者生命体征恢复。
Objective:To explore the application effect of new nasal high flow oxygen therapy in the treatment of acute respiratory failure.Methods:108 patients with acute respiratory failure admitted to Jiangdu People's Hospital of Yangzhou City from January 2021 to December 2023 were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group(n=54)was treated with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation,and the research group(n=54)was treated with new nasal high-flow oxygen therapy.The clinical indexes,safety and vital signs during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The ventilation time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the rate of tracheotomy or intubation was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in heart rate,respiratory rate,oxygen partial pressure and oxygen saturation between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the heart rate and respiratory rate of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the oxygen partial pressure and oxygen saturation were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The new nasal high-flow oxygen therapy is effective in the treatment of patients with acute respiratory failure,which can effectively improve the clinical indicators,reduce related complications and promote the recovery of vital signs.
