下肢康复训练仪对脑卒中患者下肢功能恢复的影响分析

Analysis of the Influence of Lower Limb Rehabilitation Trainer on the Recovery of Lower Limb Function in Stroke Patients

目的探讨分析下肢康复训练仪对脑卒中患者下肢功能的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月在南京同仁医院康复科接受治疗的脑卒中患者120例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组接受常规康复治疗,观察组在此基础上应用下肢康复训练仪。对比两组下肢功能、日常生活能力及生活质量。结果治疗后,观察组FMA评分、BI评分及SF-36评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论下肢康复训练仪可有效改善脑卒中患者的下肢功能,提高其日常生活能力及生活质量。

Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of lower limb rehabilitation training instrument on lower limb function of stroke patients.Methods:One hundred and twenty stroke patients who were treated in the rehabilitation department of Nanjing Tongren Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation treatment,and the observation group applied lower limb rehabilitation training instrument on this basis.The lower limb function,daily living ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of FMA,BI and SF-36 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The lower limb rehabilitation training instrument can effectively improve the lower limb function of stroke patients and improve their daily living ability and quality of life.
