移动式焊接烟尘净化器的设计及其净化性能的实验研究

摘要 针对目前移动式焊接烟尘净化器体积重量大、使用不便以及人机交互性差的问题,设计了一种基于PLC的移动式焊接烟尘净化器控制系统。此控制系统采用西门子S7-200 CPU224型PLC为核心控制器,通过与PM2.5传感器、无刷直流风机和4G网关协同配合,实现了对移动式焊接烟尘净化器的运行控制、操作以及远程监控等功能。对此系统的硬件选型、设计以及软件开发、组态建立进行了详细说明。通过实验对样机进行了性能测试,测试结果表明样机最大处理风量为591.98 m 3/h,净化效率达99.75%,具有较好的净化效果。 Aiming at solving the problems of large volume and heavy weight of mobile welding fume purifier and poor man-machine interaction,a mobile welding fume purifier control system based on PLC was designed.The control system adopts Siemens S7-200 CPU224 PLC as the core controller,and cooperates with the PM2.5 sensor,brushless DC and 4G gateway to realize the functions of operation control,operation and monitoring of the mobile welding fume purifier.The hardware selection,design,software development and configuration of the system are described in detail.The test results show that the maximum air volume of the prototype is 591.98 m 3/h,the purification efficiency is 99.75%,and the prototype has a good purification effect.
