摘要
对地方高校与产业园区“双园融合”应用型人才培养模式个案进行调查,分析当前产教融合面临的“合而不深”问题,探索产生问题的原因,提出如下对策:技术赋能,打破“双园融合”现实与虚拟的“围墙”;政策保障,健全“双园融合”多元共识与协同育人机制;师资建设,加强“双园融合”专兼职教师团队的打造;资源共享,建立“双园融合”资源共同体。
This paper investigates the case study of the"dual park integration"in training applied talents between local universities and industrial parks.This paper analyzes the problem of"integration but not deep"faced by the integration of production and education,explores the causes of the problems.And then this paper puts forward the following countermeasures:puts forward the following countermeasures:technology enabling,breaking the"wall"between reality and virtual;policy guarantee,improving the multiple consensus and collaborative education mechanism;teachers’construction,strengthening the team of full-time and part-time teachers;resource sharing,building a resource community.
