共生理论视域下高职院校思政小课堂与社会大课堂协同育人的路径研究

The Pathways of Collaborative Education between“Small Ideological and Political Classroom”and“Big Social Classroom”from the Perspective of Symbiosis Theory

摘要 共生理论—思政小课堂与社会大课堂协同育人具有高度的逻辑适切性。共生理论视域下高职院校思政小课堂与社会大课堂协同育人要优化共生环境、优培共生单元、优选共生模式。优化共生环境要着重用好宏观环境、营造微观环境。优培共生单元应以分众教学理念为指导,针对“四类”生源,打造“四学”思政小课堂;基于“四个”学段,打造“四求”社会大课堂。优选共生模式要聚焦一体化互惠共生的最优模式。共生理论视域下高职院校思政小课堂与社会大课堂协同育人的“三优”路径能促使二者同向发力、相互助力、形成合力,提升教育实效。 The theory of symbiosis is applicable to the collaborative education between“small ideological and political classroom”and“big social classroom”.It is necessary to optimize the symbiotic environment,cultivate symbiotic units,and select symbiotic models for the collaborative education from the perspective of symbiosis theory.Optimizing the symbiotic environment involves reusing the macro environment and creating a micro environment;Cultivating symbiotic units creates"Four learning"small classroom and"Four Seeks"social classroom which is guided by the concept of differentiated teaching;Selecting symbiotic models focus on achieving integrated and mutually beneficial symbiosis.These three pathways can promote the effectiveness of collaborative education.
