高校国家安全教育的内在机制和建设路径研究

The Mechanism and Construction Pathways of National Security Education in Colleges

高校国家安全教育是国家安全建设的重要组成部分,是落实新时代国家安全战略的必然举措。通过对高校国家安全教育内在机制的分析,发现高校国家安全教育按照影响由高到低排序依次受到教育者的教育内容和教育形式,大学生的理论认识和行为选择,高校的教学设置和评价机制,社会氛围和朋辈效应这些因素的正向影响。据此,提出提升教师国家安全意识和专业素养,发挥课堂主渠道作用;树立国家安全意识,践行国家安全行为,发挥大学生的主观能动效能;建立健全国家安全教育长效机制,发挥高校组织管理职能;社会、高校、家庭三方联动,营造良好氛围这些有针对性的建设路径。

National security education in colleges is an important part of national security construction.And also it is an inevitable measure to implement national security strategy in the new era.Through the analysis of the mechanism of national security education in colleges,in order of impact from highest to lowest,National security education in colleges was positively influenced by the educational content and form of educators,the theoretical understanding and behavior choice of college students,the teaching setting and evaluation mechanism of colleges and universities,the social atmosphere and the peer effect in descending order through the analysis of the internal mechanism of national security education in colleges and universities.Therefore,this paper proposes four construction pathways as follows:improving the national security awareness and professional quality of teachers;establishing the national security awareness and practicing national security behavior of college students,establishing and improving the long-term mechanism of national security education in colleges,and creating a good social atmosphere for the national security education through the tripartite interaction of society,colleges and families.
