摘要 动力电池的高比能、高安全和长寿命是新能源汽车产业发展的重要保障。车用动力电池在使用中会出现性能衰减,其耐久性与环境气候、服役工况密切相关。对于动力电池表观性能衰减与微观结构演化存在复杂的多对多构效关系,需要以全生命周期演化机理出发,开展跨维度协同分析。本文聚焦“健康状态评估”和“老化机制分析”,从电池老化的原理出发,综合性能、寿命和安全,对车用动力电池的耐久性测试评价关键技术进行了分析和展望。 The high specific energy,high safety and long life of power batteries are important guarantees for the development of new energy vehicle industry.The performance of automotive power batteries will be attenuated in use,and their durability is closely related to the environmental climate and service conditions.There is a complex many-to-many structure-activity relationship between the apparent performance attenuation and the microstructure evolution of power batteries,and it is necessary to carry out cross-dimensional collaborative analysis based on the whole life cycle evolution mechanism.This paper focuses on"health state assessment"and"aging mechanism analysis",and analyzes and prospects the key technologies for durability testing and evaluation of automotive power batteries based on the principle of battery aging,comprehensive performance,life and safety.
