保教一体化趋势下的幼儿园教师健康教育胜任力研究——基于珠海多个区域的调查

摘要 近年来,保教一体化是我国幼儿园教育的重要趋势,培养健康教育胜任力是保教一体化的应然趋势。文章以珠海市的几个区域的幼儿园教师作为调查对象,探究幼儿园教师胜任健康教育胜任力的现状,从幼儿健康教育需求评估、教育规划、教育实施、教育评价、教育资源和沟通与支持六个维度进行分析,探寻其背后的影响因素和存在问题,并提出提高幼儿园教师健康教育胜任水平的策略。 In recent years,the integration of education is an important trend of kindergarten education in our country,and the training of health education competence is an inevitable trend of the integration of education.This paper takes kindergarten teachers in several regions of Zhuhai as the investigation objects,explores the current situation of kindergarten teachers’competency in health education.It analyzes early childhood health education needs assessment,education planning,education implementation,education evaluation,education resources,and communication and support,and explores the influencing factors and existing problems behind it.It also puts forward the strategies to improve the health education competence level of kindergarten teachers.
