摘要
乡村振兴战略为我国农业职业教育发展指明了服务面向和改革方向。文章聚焦服务乡村人才振兴,围绕破解产教融合共同体服务乡村振兴路径不清、合作载体和机制不健全、人才供需脱节、服务能力不强等问题,以问题为导向,经过多年探索与实践,取得了高质量的研究成果和显著的实践成效。在产教融合共同体服务乡村振兴路径方面形成了范式,为职业院校服务乡村振兴提供了可借鉴的模式与经验。
The strategy of rural revitalization has pointed out the service orientation and reform direction for China′s agricultural vocational education development.Focusing on the revitalization of rural talents,the article focuses on solving the problems such as unclear path for rural revitalization of the integration of industry and education community,imperfect cooperation carrier and mechanism,disconnection of talent supply and demand,and weak service ability.With a problem-oriented approach,after years of exploration and practice,high-quality research results and remarkable practical results have been achieved.It forms a paradigm in the way of the integration of industry and education community to serve rural revitalization,and provides a model and experience for vocational colleges to serve rural revitalization.
