[Research purpose]In years of counter-terrorism practice,Israel has formed a unique counter-terrorism intelligence system.Analyzing its successful experience and summarizing its lessons from failures have important theoretical and practical significance for the counter-terrorism struggle of all countries.[Research method]Applying the methods of qualitative analysis,content analysis and comparative analysis,this research explores the core issue of Israeli counter-terrorism intelligence,and analyzes its characteristics from the dimensions of organizational structure,strategic priorities,counter-terrorism policing model,international cooperation,and use of supportive tools.[Research conclusion]Intelligence is a key tool for counter-terrorism.Israeli counter-terrorism intelligence changes and improves by adapting to the security environment of counter-terrorism.Specifically,the update of counter-terrorism intelligence concept,the balanced combination of technology and human intelligence,and the application of new tactics and technology all contribute a lot to the efficiency of counter-terrorism intelligence.It shows a high degree of integration and consistency between the Israeli counter-terrorism intelligence system and its national security intelligence system.
