摘要
Metrnl是一种新型脂肪因子,在白色脂肪组织中高度表达,在营养神经、改善胰岛素抵抗、刺激白色脂肪组织褐变、免疫炎症等方面起重要作用。Metrnl参与了重塑脂肪结构、改善脂肪细胞功能、抑制脂肪组织及骨骼肌炎症、调节脂代谢、调节炎症因子等环节。多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是育龄期妇女最常见的生殖内分泌代谢疾病,以稀发排卵或无排卵、临床或生化高雄、卵巢多囊样改变为特征,发病率约5%~10%。PCOS的发病机制尚不明确,肥胖、高雄激素血症、高胰岛素血症相互作用,在PCOS的发生发展中起重要作用。本文就Metrnl的结构和功能及其在PCOS中的研究进展进行综述。
Metrnl is a novel adipokine,which is highly expressed in white adipose tissue.It plays an important role in nerve nutrition,improving insulin resistance,stimulating white adipose tissue browning and immune inflammation.Metrnl is involved in remodeling adipose tissue structure,improving the adipocyte function,inhibiting adipose tissue and skeletal muscle inflammation,regulating lipid metabolism,and regulating inflammatory factors and so on.PCOS is the most common reproductive endocrine metabolic disease in women of childbearing age.It is characterized by thin ovulation or anovulation,hyperandrogenemia or hirsutism,acne and polycystic ovary changes,with an incidence of about 5%-10%.The pathologenesis of PCOS is still unclear.Obesity,hyperandrogenemia and hyperinsulinemia interact with each other and play an important role in the occurrence and development of PCOS.In this paper,the structure and function of Metrnl and its research progress in PCOS are reviewed.
