摘要
为了促进日光温室发展,通过对柔性墙体日光温室中的太阳能主动蓄放热系统进行研究,分析了系统对日光温室内不同高度气温、不同深度地温的增温效果。结果表明:冬至日前后,当室外最低温度为–18℃左右时,具有太阳能主动蓄放热系统的柔性墙体日光温室内最低气温达11℃以上,全天室内外温差在22℃以上,室内气温15℃以上持续时间11 h以上;在气温均匀性方面,室内最低气温偏离度最大值为19.00%,平均值为5.72%,0.2、0.5、1.5 m这3个平面偏离度最大值为17.13%。全天0.1、0.2、0.4 m深度层最高地温在20℃以上,最低地温在16℃以上,平均地温为18.38℃;在地温均匀性方面,室内最低地温偏离度最大值为10.31%,平均值为6.80%,0.1、0.2、0.4 m这3个深度层偏离度最大值为7.57%。配套太阳能主动蓄放热系统的柔性墙体日光温室在气温均匀性和地温均匀性方面均满足了农业标准《日光温室效能评价规范》中关于辅助补温温室的相关指标要求,可以进行推广应用。
To promote the development of greenhouses,the warming effects of the system on air temperature of different heights and soil temperature of different depths inside the greenhouse were analyzed by studying the solar active heat storage and release system in the greenhouse with flexible wall.The research showed that before and after the winter solstice,when the lowest outdoor temperature was about–18℃,the lowest indoor temperature of the innovative greenhouse was above 11℃,the temperature difference between indoor and outdoor of the innovative greenhouse was above 22℃throughout the day,and the duration of indoor temperature above 15℃of the innovative greenhouse was more than 11 hours.In terms of temperature uniformity,the maximum deviation of indoor minimum air temperature was 19.00%with an average of 5.72%.The maximum deviation of the three heights of 0.2 m,0.5 m and 1.5 m was 17.13%.The highest soil temperature at depths of 0.1 m,0.2 m and 0.4 m throughout the day was above 20℃,and the lowest indoor soil temperature of those was above 16℃with an average soil temperature of 18.38℃.In terms of lowest soil temperature uniformity,the maximum deviation of the lowest indoor soil temperature was 10.31%with an average of 6.80%.The maximum deviation of the three depths of 0.1 m,0.2 m and 0.4 m was 7.57%.The greenhouse with flexible wall equipped with the solar active heat storage and release system met the relevant indicators requirements for auxiliary heating greenhouses in terms of temperature uniformity and soil temperature uniformity in the agricultural standard'Evaluation Specification for Efficiency of Greenhouses',which could be promoted and applicated.
