新型固砂剂在渤海油田的防砂效果及影响因素研究

摘要 渤海油田油水井出砂现象明显,导致部分油井停井无产出。化学防砂工艺成本低,见效快,近年来大受欢迎。利用新型化学固砂技术能较好的固结砂体,达到控砂目的,完成出砂井的治理。从油藏动静态参数入手,分析已治理井各项数据,应用灰色关联度理论对化学防砂效果与多项因素的相关性进行研究,判断泥质含量、储层斜厚、地层温度、作业前含水率等参数均在较大程度上影响新型固砂剂作业成功率,且在化学防砂成功作业的前提下,延长化学防砂有效期主要优选指标为泥质含量、地层压力、地层温度、含水率等。该成果在渤海油田A井得到了成功应用,实施后控砂增产效果明显,对后续出砂井治理选井选层提供了参考依据。 The phenomenon of sand production in oil and water wells in Bohai oilfield is obvious,which leads to the shutdown of some oil wells without output.The chemical sand control process has low cost and quick effect,and has been popular in recent years.The use of new chemical sand consolidation technology can better consolidate the sand body,achieve the purpose of sand control,and complete the treatment of sand wells.Starting from the dynamic and static parameters of the reservoir,the data of the treated wells are analyzed,and the correlation between the chemical sand control effect and many factors is studied by using the grey correlation theory.It is judged that the parameters such as shale content,reservoir thickness,formation temperature and water content before operation all affect the success rate of the new sand fixing agent operation to a large extent.Under the premise of successful operation of chemical sand control,the main optimization indexes for extending the validity period of chemical sand control are shale content,formation pressure,formation temperature,water content and so on.The results have been successfully applied in well A of Bohai oilfield,and the effect of sand control and production increase is obvious after implementation,which provides a reference for subsequent sand production well treatment and layer selection.
