S.5658+P.3906写本最早由郑阿财先生缀合,蕴含信息丰富。写本前后存两则题记,据题记“吕均”,可知此写本应是伎术院学郎吕均的学习读本。从写本的抄写与使用痕迹中,可推断出写本的制作过程以及制作者吕均的学习生活。通过对写本物质属性、抄写内容及制作与使用情况的详细考察,可以看出这是一件吕均在伎术院学习过程中使用的文学教材。

S.5658+P.3906 is a booklet compiled by Mr.Zheng Acai,which contains rich information.According to the timing of the inscriptions before and after the writing of the textbook,the differences in handwriting,and the repair situation,it can be seen that the transcription of this textbook is completed in two stages,lasting two months before and after,with such a long time interval.This indicates that the transcription process is also a learning process.Through a detailed inspection of the material properties,copy content,production and use of the manuscript,it can be seen that this is a literary teaching material used by Lv Jun during his studies at the Jishu Academy.
