提质培优背景下校企协同共建实体化运行的示范性实训基地效益提升策略——以柳州市技工学校和丰兴汽车修理部为例

Strategies for Improving the Effectiveness of Demonstration Training Bases Operated Entity by School-Enterprise Collaboration in the Context of Quality Improvement and Excellence Promotion——Taking Liuzhou Technical School and Fengxing Automobile Repair Department as an Example

在提质培优背景下,“深化职业教育供给侧结构性改革,推动建设300个左右具有辐射引领作用的高水平专业化产教融合实训基地”~([1])的新时期,在职业教育领域,校企协同共建实体化运行的示范性实训基地,旨在打造能有效促进产教布局高度匹配、服务高效对接、支撑产业发展的高质量产教融合样板。基于该校建设成熟的实体化运行实训基地,本文将从校企共建实体化运行实训基地运作过程中存在的问题、党建引领创新“产教融合共同体”合作机制、“四链”融合发展创新打破校企“共建共享共育”壁垒、项目研究成果的实际应用价值等四个方面,阐释校企协同共建实体化实训基地运行现状及堵点,梳理该校创新实践的具体做法和经验,提出校企协同共建实体化运行实训基地效益提升的策略。

In the context of improving quality and training,in the new period of"deepening the supply-side structural reform of vocational education and promoting the construction of about 300 high-level professional industry-education integration training bases with radiating leading role"[1],in the field of vocational education,schools and enterprises cooperate to build a demonstration training base for practical operation.It aims to create a high-quality model of integration of production and education that can effectively promote the highly matching of production and education layout,efficient docking of services,and support industrial development.Based on the mature practical operation training base built by the school,this paper will focus on the problems existing in the operation process of school-enterprise joint construction of practical operation training base,the cooperation mechanism of"production-education integration community"led by party construction,the"four-chain"integrated development and innovation to break the barriers of school-enterprise"co-construction and co-education",and the practical application value of project research results.This paper explains the operation status and blocking points of the school-enterprise cooperative construction of the practical training base,sorts out the specific practices and experiences of the school's innovation practice,and puts forward the strategy of improving the efficiency of the school-enterprise cooperative construction of the practical training base.
