汽车吊吊装作业安全施工分析研究

Analysis and Study on the Safety Construction of Truck Crane Hoisting Operation

随着社会科学技术的不断更新发展,汽车吊的型号从1吨到2000吨达到成千上万种,汽车吊方便灵活的特点收到许多建筑工地的青睐,但是在使用方便的同时产生了许多使用安全的问题,值得我们去深思。建筑工地使用汽车吊,相对于使用其他吊装设备,不仅提高了施工的效率,而且节约了施工成本,所以说在使用过程中,不要图快速、图方便,而丢弃应有的操作流程,违规操作,违反劳动纪律,造成事故发生,所以说安全就成为了重中之重。只有按照操作流程,脚踏实地,才能保证施工安全,本文分析吊装施工中注意事项,总结研究措施,为以后吊装施工提供经验依据。

With the continuous update and development of social science and technology,the model of truck crane from 1 ton to 2000 tons reaches thousands of kinds,the convenient and flexible characteristics of truck crane have been favored by many construction sites,but at the same time it is convenient to use,there are many safety problems,which is worth our deep thought.The use of truck cranes in construction sites,compared with the use of other hoisting equipment,not only improves the efficiency of construction,but also saves construction costs,so in the process of use,do not figure fast,convenient,and discard the due operation process,illegal operation,violation of labor discipline,resulting in accidents,so safety has become the top priority.Only in accordance with the operation process,down-to-earth,in order to ensure the safety of construction,this paper analyzes the precautions in hoisting construction,summarizes the research measures,and provides an empirical basis for future hoisting construction.
