高职院校“双师型”教师发展路径与机制研究

摘要 高职院校服务培养适应产业需求、德智体美劳全面发展的高素质技术技能人才作用更加凸显,是距离产业、就业,服务企业最近教育类型和层次。现代产业学院作为深化高职院校分类发展、特色发展,促进高职院校紧密对接产业,融合地方政府、行业企业等多主体协同共建,进一步促进产教融合、深化校企合作的重要举措。“双师型”教师队伍建设的机制、教师发展的路径的研究依然是重点,故文章着重研究“双师型”教师队伍建设现状、建设内容以及未来发展趋势,以期为理论和实践提供一定的贡献。 Vocational colleges play a more prominent role in cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents who can meet the needs of the industry and develop comprehensively in morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,and labor.It is the closest education type and level to the industry,employment,and service enterprises.Modern Industry College is an important measure to deepen the classification and characteristic development of vocational colleges,promote close integration of vocational colleges with industries,integrate local governments,industry enterprises,and other multiparty collaborative construction,further promote the integration of industry and education,and deepen school enterprise cooperation.The mechanism of building a"dual teacher"teaching team and the path of teacher development are still the focus of research.Therefore,this article focuses on studying the current situation,construction content,and future development trends of the"dual teacher"teaching team,in order to provide certain contributions to theory and practice.
