摘要
设计了一种悬臂式车用液压尾板,介绍了尾板的运行原理及组成部件,利用三维设计软件Solidworks进行了三维建模,将模型简化后导入有限元分析软件Ansysworkbench进行了最大应力及位移分析,并对尾板液压系统、电控系统进行了设计。
A kind of cantilever vehicle hydraulic tail plate was designed,the operation principle and components of the tail plate were introduced,the three-dimensional modeling was carried out by using the three-dimensional design software Solidworks,the model was simplified and imported into the finite element analysis software Ansysworkbench for maximum stress and displacement analysis,and the hydraulic system and electronic control system of the tail plate were designed.
