路面施工中超薄抗滑层技术运用分析

Analysis on the Application of Ultra-thin Anti-skid Layer Technology in Pavement Construction

路面抗滑性能良好,能够有效保障路面行车的安全性。为进一步提高道路通行安全性,减少由于路面摩擦系数过小或滑移率造成的安全事故,文章分析了路面施工中超薄抗滑层技术优势,从施工准备、混合料拌合、混合料运输、混合料摊铺、碾压、接缝处理几方面,重点研究了路面施工中超薄抗滑层技术运用方法,并探究了几个环节的质量控制策略,希望能够对相关工作提供一定帮助。

Good anti-skid performance of pavement can effectively protect the safety of road traveling.In order to further improve the safety of road traffic and reduce the safety accidents caused by the small friction coefficient of pavement or slip rate,this paper analyzes the advantages of ultra-thin anti-skid layer technology in pavement construction,focuses on the method of applying the ultra-thin anti-skid layer technology in pavement construction from the aspects of construction preparation,mixing,transportation,paving,rolling,and joint processing,and explores the quality control strategies in several links.It is hoped that it can provide some help to the related work.
