任务驱动法结合“7E”学习环模式在ERCP进修护士培训中的应用研究

Application of task-driven approach combined with"7E"learning cycle in nurse refresher training on endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography

摘要 目的探讨任务驱动法结合“7E”学习环模式在ERCP进修护士培训中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2022年12月在陆军军医大学第一附属医院肝胆外科进修学习ERCP的54名护士为研究对象,分为对照组和试验组。2019年1月至2020年12月的28名进修护士为对照组,采用传统的跟台操作带教模式;2021年1月至2022年12月的26名进修护士为试验组,采用任务驱动法结合“7E”学习环的教学模式。培训结束后,两组均进行专业理论与操作技能考试、问卷调查。采用SPSS 25.0进行t检验、Wilcoxon检验、χ2检验或Fisher’s确切概率法。结果培训结束后,试验组专业理论及操作技能考试成绩分别为90.51(89,92)分和90.52(89,92)分,对照组专业理论及操作技能考试成绩分别为87.50(85,90)分和84.11(82.75,85)分,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);培训后试验组学员对教学方式评价、教师对教学效果评价的优秀占比分别为76.92%(20人)和84.62%(22人),对照组学员对教学方式评价、教师对教学效果评价的优秀占比均为42.86%(12人),两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论任务驱动法结合“7E学习环”模式可以调动进修护士的学习主动性与积极性,有利于提升进修护士的ERCP配合操作能力及激发进修护士学习兴趣及综合实践能力,适用于ERCP培训教学。 Objective To explore the application of the task-driven method combined with the"7E"learning cycle mode in nurse refresher training on endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP).Methods We assigned 54 nurses who received refresher training on ERCP in the Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery of The First Affiliated Hospital of Army Medical University from January 2019 to December 2022 into control group(28 nurses from January 2019 to December 2020)to shadow and practice ERCP in a traditional way or experimental group(26 nurses from January 2021 to December 2022)to be taught using the task-driven method combined with the"7E"learning cycle method.At the end of training,the two groups undertook a theoretical and practical examination and a questionnaire survey.SPSS 25.0 was used to perform the t test,Wilcoxon test,chi-square test,and Fisher's exact test.Results After training,compared with the control group,the experimental group had significantly higher scores of theory[87.50(85,90)vs.90.51(89,92),P<0.05],and practice[84.11(82.75,85)vs.90.52(89,92),P<0.05].The proportions of trainees rating teaching methods excellent in the experimental group and control group were 76.92%(n=20) and 42.86% (n=12), respectively, and the proportions of teachers rating teaching effects excellent in theexperimental group and control group were 84.62% (n=22) and 42.86% (n=12), respectively, both showingsignificant between-group differences (both P<0.05). Conclusions The combination of the task-drivenmethod and the "7E" learning cycle mode can mobilize learning initiative and enthusiasm, improvecollaboration ability, promote learning interest and comprehensive practical ability for ERCP in nurses, whichis suitable for ERCP training and teaching.
