基于激光测距仪和视觉识别的二十辊轧机卷取机自动上卷

摘要 为解决现有自动化上卷系统存在的精度不高、效率低下等问题,通过引入激光测距仪和视觉识别技术,提出了一种基于激光测距仪和视觉识别的二十辊轧机卷取机自动上卷方法。首先,通过激光测距仪对卷取机所卷取材料的直径进行实时测量,提供准确的钢卷宽度数据,通过激光测距仪和小车升降编码器得到钢卷直径。接着,通过视觉识别技术对钢卷的内径及卷取机芯轴进行比较,判断出钢卷高度偏差值进行精确调整,增加了自动上卷成功率。 In viewing of the problems of low accuracy and low efficiency in existing automated winding systems,a new method of automatic coiling on the twenty high rolling mill coiler was proposed in this paper based on laser rangefinder and visual recognition.Firstly,the diameter of the material taken by the coiling machine is measured in real-time using a laser rangefinder,providing accurate data on the width of the steel coil.The diameter of the steel coil is obtained through the laser rangefinder and the car lifting encoder.Then,through visual recognition technology,the inner diameter of the steel coil and the core shaft of the coiling machine are compared,and the height deviation value of the steel coil is accurately adjusted to increase the success rate of automatic coiling.
