摘要
传统配电网精准投资风险控制评价系统忽略对投资风险的判决,且无法识别控制模糊参数,导致评价系统的准确度较差。为解决此问题,设计基于EPC的配电网精准投资风险控制效果评价系统。构建配电网精准投资大数据分析模型,提取配电网精准投资风险控制效果的模糊特征量,结合模糊判决法优化判决配电网精准投资风险。利用信息挖掘法实现模糊度参数识别,结合EPC模糊控制方法进行配电网精准投资风险控制的参数寻优和自适应控制。采用空间采样技术,完成配电网精准投资风险特征量挖掘和空间分布式重组,实现配电网精准投资风险评价和优化决策。仿真实验结果表明,所提配电网精准投资风险控制效果评价系统的评价准确性较高,可靠性较好。
The traditional accurate investment risk control and evaluation system of distribution network ignores the judgment of investment risk and fails to identify fuzzy control parameters,resulting in poor accuracy of the evaluation system.To solve this problem,the effect evaluation system of accurate investment risk control of distribution network based on EPC was designed.The big data analysis model of accurate investment in distribution network was built to extract the fuzzy characteristic quantity of risk control effect of accurate investment in distribution network,and the accurate investment risk of distribution network was optimized by combining with fuzzy decision method.Using in-formation mining method to realize the fuzzy degree parameter identification,combining with EPC fuzzy control method to carry out accurate investment risk control parameter optimization and adaptive control.Phase space sam-pling technology is adopted to complete the mining of risk characteristics of accurate investment in distribution net-work and the spatial distributed reorganization,so as to realize the risk assessment and optimization decision of accu-rate investment in distribution network.Simulation results show that the accuracy and reliability of the proposed accu-rate investment risk control evaluation system are higher and better.
