基于人脸识别技术引发的个人信息保护问题探讨

近年来,人脸识别技术的发展势头极为迅猛,在公共安全、公共交通、行政事务办理、金融实践、刑事侦查等诸多领域都需运用人脸信息。人脸识别技术在为社会带来诸多便利的同时,也产生各种各样的风险,尤其是由于人脸识别技术引发的个人信息保护问题日益突出。文章介绍人脸识别技术的含义、特点,分析人脸识别技术与个人信息保护之间的关系,结合人脸识别技术引发的诸如人格尊严易受侵犯,个人隐私易受损害,数据安全面临威胁等个人信息保护问题开展论述,并基于此,提出关于人脸识别技术下个人信息保护的相关建议,希望为相关人员提供参考。

In recent years,the development momentum of face recognition technology is extremely rapid,and the face information needs to be used in many fields such as public safety,public transportation,administrative affairs,finan-cial practice,criminal investigation and so on.Face recognition technology brings a lot of convenience to the society at the same time,it also possesses a variety of risks,especially because of the personal information protection problem caused by face recognition technology is becoming increasingly prominent.This paper introduces the meaning and characteristics of face recognition technology,analyzes the relationship between face recognition technology and personal information protection,discusses the personal information protection issues caused by face recognition technology,such as human dignity is vulnerable to infringement,personal privacy is vulnerable to damage,and data security is threatened,and puts forward relevant suggestions on personal information protection under the face recognition technology based on this.Hope to provide the reference for relevant personnel.
