摘要
事业单位纸质档案及电子档案在综合管理过程中会出现一些风险问题,档案管理安全效果和相关信息的完善性也会受到一定影响。这就应对事业单位纸质档案及电子档案管理面临的缺陷问题加以调控,将事业单位纸质档案及电子档案统一规范化管理目标落到实处。阐述事业单位纸质档案与电子档案的差异,了解纸质档案及电子档案规范化管理的必要性,从而提出相关举措,继而推动事业单位纸质档案与电子档案管理协同合理开展。
There may be appeared some risk issues in the comprehensive management process of paper and electronic archives in public institutions,and the security effect of archives management and the completeness of relevant infor-mation will also be affected to a certain extent.This should address the deficiencies faced on the management of paper and electronic archives in public institutions,and implement the goal of unified and standardized management of pa-per and electronic archives in public institutions.Elaborate on the differences between paper and electronic archives in public institutions,understand the necessity of standardized management of paper and electronic archives,and pro-pose relevant measures to promote the coordinated and reasonable development of paper and electronic archives man-agement in public institutions.
