一种感应式角度传感器的激励信号产生方法

摘要 针对基于印制板谐振感应式角位移传感器感应信号弱,现有感应式角度传感器单端、低压高频方波激励信号强度低,抗干扰能力差的问题,提出一种感应式角度传感器的激励信号产生方法。通过反向电路、自举升压电路和驱动电路等硬件电路设计和优化,将单端、低压的高频方波激磁信号转换为高频、高压的差分正弦激磁信号,有效解决感应式角度传感器谐振信号强度低、高次谐波占比大的问题。此方法不仅可以提高感应式角度传感器磁场的强度,减小高次谐波占比,提升模拟信号的抗干扰能力,还可以提升感应式角度传感器的输出精度。 Based on the problem of weak induction signal in resonant induction angle displacement sensors using printed circuit boards,a method for generating excitation signals of induction angle sensors is proposed to address the current situation of low signal strength and poor anti-interference ability in single ended,low-voltage,and high-frequency square wave excitation signals of existing induction angle sensors.By designing and optimizing hardware circuits such as reverse circuits,bootstrap boost circuits,and drive circuits,the high-frequency square wave excitation signals of single ended and low voltage are effectively converted into high-frequency and high voltage differential sine excitation signals,effectively solving the problems of low resonance signal strength and high proportion of high-order harmonics in induction angle sensors.The method can not only improve the magnetic field strength of induction angle sensors,reduce the proportion of high-order harmonics,enhance the anti-interference ability of analog signals,but also enhance the output accuracy of induction angle sensors.
