基于区块链技术的高校教师管理信息化研究

摘要 当前高校教师的信息管理存在着安全性保障缺乏、开放度偏低、共享性与服务性不足等问题。构建基于区块链技术的高校教师信息管理系统可以提升教师信息管理的安全性、可溯性、共享性与高效性,其基本技术框架包括基础数据层、核心机制层与用户应用层。为促进区块链技术更好地服务高校教师管理信息化,应采取自上而下的系统建构和应用推进,规范严谨的信息采集与源头认证等对策;同时将宏观信息的社会共享与微观信息的有限开放相统一,并将教师的信息管理与其档案建设和绩效考核相关联。此外,还应处理好新建系统与已有系统兼容性缺乏的矛盾、系统构建的短期高耗费与系统应用的长期经济性的矛盾以及教师信息认证的传统中心权威与去中心化的矛盾。 At present,there are some problems in the information management of university faculty,such as lack of security,low openness,lack of sharing and service,and so on.The construction of university faculty information management system based on block chain technology can improve the security,traceability,sharing and efficiency of teacher information management.Its basic technical framework includes basic data layer,core mechanism layer and user application layer.In order to promote the blockchain technology to better serve the informationization of university faculty management,countermeasures such as top-down system construction and application promotion,standardized and rigorous information collection and source authentication should be taken;at the same time,the social sharing of macro information and the limited opening of micro information should be unified,and teachers'information management should be associated with their file construction and performance evaluation.In addition,we should also deal with the contradiction between the lack of compatibility between the new system and the existing system,the contradiction between the short-term high cost of system construction and the long-term economy of system application,and the contradiction between the traditional central authority of teacher information certification and decentralization.
